Can you send frozen or refrigerated items in the mail?
This is a common request from customers outside the Greater Toronto Area.

How long does Local Delivery take?
It can be as fast as a few hours!
We have scheduled delivery routes for the different zones in the Greater Toronto Area. The speed at which we deliver will depend on the day you order.

Where are you located?
We are located in Etobicoke, that’s in Toronto, Ontario. Our exact address is 341 Bering Av, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 3A8, Canada.
You are welcome to come by, our website has the option to place a “pick-up order”. That being said, please remember that we are not really a store! We are a food distribution company, so our location is an office and a warehouse.
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, you can also reach us at 416 232 0440 during these hours.
What’s the difference between Local Delivery and Shipping?
Local Delivery is limited to the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding cities, it includes frozen, refrigerated and dry foods (example: fresh cheese).
Shipping is limited to dry foods and it includes the entire Canadian territory. This includes coffee, spices, sweets, tortillas, soda pop, sauces, grains, condiments and many more!
We have shipped to all 10 Canadian provinces and even to the northern territories via Canada Post :)
How much does Local Delivery cost?
Local delivery is FREE on orders over $45 in the Greater Toronto Area.
Local delivery to the "Extended GTA" has a flat fee of $8.99. This includes surrounding cities like Guelph, London, Aurora and Hamilton.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is determined by your location and the weight of your order.
You’ll notice that our rates are very low, that’s because we cover part of the costs on your behalf :)
Why is shipping not free?
Our promise is to keep prices as low and transparent as possible.
In order to serve local customers and non-local customers fairly, we keep shipping costs and product costs separate.
In order to ship nationwide for free, product prices would need to be higher for all customers, even for those that come and pick-up their orders.
When will I receive my order?
All shipping orders are shipped the next business day with expedited speed.
Local delivery orders are delivered within 48hrs the vast majority of the time. When you check out, you will see which days are available for your postal code and you will be able to select which day works best for you.
What is your return policy?
We will do our very best to make sure that you are satisfied with our service and your order.
Returning perishable items like food is tricky, so simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make any inconveniences we caused right with exchanges or refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are able to process payments from the following providers backed by the security of Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Interac.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you place an order and prefer to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
As long as the order has not shipped, we will be able to cancel it and give you a refund.
If our logistics partners charge us any restocking fees, we will deduct those from your refund.
Can I buy wholesale?
Of course! We offer over 1000 products at wholesale from our primary location in Ontario.
