Where do you deliver?

Anywhere Canada Post ships, we ship! We have shipped to all 10 Canadian provinces and even to the northern territories.
Everyone is invited to enjoy our festive flavors.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is determined directly by our shipping partners depending on your location and your order.
You will be able to select the speed and cost that you are comfortable with.
In most cases, we have inventory in multiple areas of the country in an effort to reduce the time and cost that it takes us to deliver goodies to our customers.

What is your return policy?

We will do our very best to make sure that you are satisfied with our service and your order.
Returning perishable items like food is tricky, so simply contact us at shop@chevere.ca and we will make any inconveniences we caused right with exchanges or refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are able to process payments from the following providers backed by the security of Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.
We are also able to receive payments from Paypal Express Checkout and electronic transfers via Interac.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you place an order and prefer to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@chevere.ca
As long as the order has not shipped, we will be able to cancel it and give you a refund.
If our logistics partners charge us any re-stocking fees, we will deduct those from your refund.

Can I buy wholesale?

Of course! We offer over 1000 products at wholesale from our primary location in Ontario.
