Made in Miami by Venezuelans originally from Maracaibo.
It's name originates from the fact that it is elastic. It's also soft, juicy and creamy.
It's similar to Queso de Mano, except that it is more elastic and it will stretch more. In both cases, the cheese is very fresh and we recommend eating right away.
