Queso de Mano or Handmade Cheese, specialty Venezuelan cheese (Approximately 454gr)
For everyone looking for traditional Venezuelan cheese, this is the real deal!
Made in Miami by Venezuelans originally from Maracaibo.
It's name originates from its production process. Basically after the milk coagulates, it is boiled and then it's shaped into small circles by hand.
It's similar to Guayanes cheese in texture, except that it has less salt and hence the overall flavour is softer. In both cases, the cheese is very fresh and we recommend eating right away.
