Guayanes Cheese, specialty Venezuelan cheese (Approximately 454gr)
For everyone looking for traditional Venezuelan cheese, this is the real deal!
Made in Miami by Venezuelans originally from Maracaibo.
It's name is Guayanés because it comes from the Guyanese region of Venezuela. In case you are wondering, yes, that's on the border with the country Guayana.
It's similar to Queso de Mano, except that it has more salt and the flavour is a bit more intense. In both cases, the cheese is very fresh and we recommend eating right away.
