This delicious Venezuelan dish is typical around the holiday time and it contains a mix of American and European ingredients, which relates to its origin during Colonial times. 

The main difference between Hallacas and Bollitos is that Bollitos have all the ingredients mixed together. Whereas an Hallaca will have the dough (masa) and filling clearly separated.

  • Cooking instructions: from frozen, insert in boiling water for 30 to 40 minutes. From fridge: insert in boiling water for 10 min.
